'The location is amazing, so close to the beach with gorgeous sunsets, and lots of food options. Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it...

'we stayed here for 9 nights here in early October for a wedding and family visit. We loved it. Walking distance to the original Trader Joes and numerous restaurants. Old Town Pasedena is a 5 minute drive away. The rental was spotless. Loved the welcome basket. When we visit Pasadena again, would stay here in a heartbeat.'

'This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. '

'Alina’s property in LA is gorgeous and she was so kind and easy to work with! We were here to celebrate my granddaughter’s Sweet 16 and this was a perfect location for us. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed to make our stay 5 stars! '

'This rental was truly disappointing and not worth the price.There was only one bath towel provided — for an entire multi-night stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets had visible ink marks on them. The TVs didn’t work at all. The carpet was dirty and smelled musty, the refrigerator had a large dent in the door, and a filthy mop and bucket were left out on the balcony. The screen door is torn, so bugs come in. 'There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access.'
