'We did not expect to find such a peaceful place so close to Los Angeles, with lovely hiking at walking distance. Good coffeeshops and market within a short drive. The house was comfortable and had all that was necessary plus it offered privacy to each of the guests in our party. 'Arrived with a track team for the big Arcadia track meet. Excited to find an affordable place 20m from the track. Very quiet area which was great. House offered plenty of sleeping spaces and extra towels, blankets etc which was very nice. It was very bare bones but was great for a two night stay. I would just suggest a good cleaning of the walls, other than that it was very clean…especially the floors. They had lots of kitchen appliances so that was nice to have the options. Ac worked great....
