Flats in Fire Island

'No pool. No coffee or ice water in the lobby. The air conditioning in the lobby was broken for a month. The AC in my room worked, but was loud and smelled like it had never been maintained. The steak I ordered was cold. I had to ask for extra pillows 3 times. I’m a Hilton Honors member and travel often. I will start going to Marriott from now on.'

'The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is excellent as it is close to many places to shop and eat at. Parking is free, but if you arrive late, you have could have an issue finding parking on a busy weekend. The room I had did not have block out shades.'

'Fantastisch grote kamer met compleet ingerichte keuken, zelfs met vaatwasser! Zeer vriendelijke dames bij de receptie. Goede ligging tov de Hamptons, New York en JFK. Goed ontbijt en voldoende eetgelegenheden in de nabijheid van het hotel.'

'The main source of dissatisfaction lies in the carpeting in all the halls. They are extremely stained. Everywhere. It really speaks to the attention to detail of the chain. Upgrade the hall carpets. Also, many swipe entry devices did not function. The elevator floor and trim also needs to be replaced.'
