"The location of the hotel is perfect! Located in brickell so you’re close to alot of hot spots. The people at the front desk were very kind and tried to help in whatever way they could. The communication between the front desk and housekeeping and other parts of the hotel is unfortunately not the best! We had to request for the same things more than twice. Some people of the housekeeping team did not speak English which made it hard to communicate :( Overall a 7/10 stay"

"Groot gedateerd motel, beetje ongezellig liggend tussen de tankstations en fastfoodrestaurants. Ruime schone kamer met breed bed en goede kussens. Priveparkeerplaats voor de deur. TV, magnetron en koelkast aanwezig. Geen kluisje. Volop aflegmogelijkheden. Douche in bad met helaas een douchegordijn. Gratis badartikelen. Snelle wifi. Schoonmaak om de 3 dagen en schone handdoeken/lakens kun je altijd aanvragen bij de receptie. Vriendelijk personeel. Airco werkt prima, is wel gehorig. Buitenzwembad aanwezig. Ontbijt is inclusief en dat is opvallend voor een motel. Ze hebben bv gebakken eieren, brood, jam, een wafelijzer en vers fruit. Tevens kun je buiten op het terras zitten. Prijs/kwaliteit is zeer goed!"

"Little info was given due to the roadclosings to the keys because of the fires. Just said : No closed for a couple of days. Nothing else. Bit more info about where to get info or something would have bin nice. Now we got our info in a restaurant from a waiter. Room was neat, Enough parkingspaces. Sleep and go"
