'We stayed at this property during the Coconut Grove Art Festival weekend. It is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, walks in the park and by the water, and of course the festival. The big room - which is located nearly at the top of a hotel that includes regular rooms and residences - is divided into a kitchen area and a bedroom area, with a comfortable king-size bed.
