Trying to argue when misrepresentation was pointed out, even though I sent them a picture of the confirmation for a 2 bedroom unit. Not very clean. Amazing view from all rooms. Management company not on property and their phone went to voicemail when we needed the code to get onto the unit upon checkin. '

'We loved so much about this place. It was such a beautiful, restful place to land after a full day of exploring Miami. When we'd sit out on the deck, if felt like we were in a tropical paradise. I loved Miami, but I don't love being in the middle of the city so this was perfect. It was very close to everything we wanted to do and yet felt 'removed'.
