'Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. 'When we arrived, there was no record of our booking. The owner came to speak with us and indicated that they do NOT WORK WITH EXPEDIA for bookings and had no record of a reservation. We reached out to Expedia via chat and they said they could not refund our full stay because the date of the first night of the stay was less than 24 hours away. We spent 2 full hours talking with Expedia and trying to get them to call the owner (as he stood next to us) - the phone rang, but when the owner answered,...

He was very accommodating and gave me access to the balcony to use. It is Expedia that gets the 1-star testing because of the way you handled things with me.
