'Just a few minutes walk to the riverfront with a beautiful view of the NY skyline. Over all a great stay, will recommend! Stayed here with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 1,3 & 5. 'This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. 'Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us.
