'The location couldn’t be beat! The room was clean, but small. It’s an older building, with some older building issues. Overall a great property! I highly recommend. '

'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Lots of noise inside the building like within the building of loud banging of old pipes'

'Great stay! A couple blocks from Empire State and all the main sites in the city. In room heater made it so nice to set our own temperature during cold weather. Nice clean bathroom, kitchen with dishes, a pull out table all made this very convenient. On check out day we were able to store our luggage at the reception which was so helpful. Overall highly recommend this cute nyc apartment!! We stayed there with our kids and it was very safe and kid friendly.'

'Host was awful! Never responded to my texts messages, took forever to respond via app. The guest pullout bed was tiny and short and stiff and a board. Had no sheets , comforters or pillows! The thermostat was broken and we basically froze at night ( December) . Will not be coming back to this host! '

'Toen wij hadden geboekt gingen wij reviews lezen en deze waren zo slecht dat wij een backup hebben geboekt. Wel wilde we het eerst zelf ervaren.. eenmaal aangekomen in dit hotel bleek er niks van de reviews te kloppen!! Wij waren ons gezin van 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen van: 7,8,10,13 jaar en de kamer was echt fantastisch !! We zaten op de 6e verdieping, de kamer was schoon, mooi en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Een koelkastje en een mooie badkamer, de kids vonden de stapelbedden geweldig!!...

'Great location, although a bit noisy due to the subway station and the construction on the other side of the road, which made it hard to sleep without earplugs. Also very friendly staff! However, it was hard to reach anyone after checking out because I thought I had forgot something in the apartment.'
