'The place it's dirty they don't change the sheets to wash them, we found many hairs on the beds and one of room the smell of cigarettes was too strong. On the shower also found several hairs and dry soup., signal of not being washed. Etc i could keep going but end of the story i called to cancel but the owner didn't approve but i still left early in the morning i didn't get my money back nor my deposit. SCAM'

'This was the perfect place for our family to stay! The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. It was safe and clean and the location was amazing. It was a short/cheap cab ride to Nianxiny Ancient City (highly recommend!) and easy to get to the subway station to access Disney, the Bund and Zhujiajiao. I would highly recommend this place for a group stay around Shanghai!'

'The property we stayed in was fine but it was not this property. The manager contacted us two days before check in to say that they were moving us to a different but comparable property. There were some issues with check in because the property manager requested information from us less than two days before we were due to check in and we were unable to respond as we were flying from Europe and already in transit.
