'Geweldig hotel, mooie kamers en prima service. Direct aan het strand. Maar je bent totaal afhankelijk qua eten, drinken etc van dit hotel en daar zijn de prijzen naar! Het is 30 minuten met de taxi rijden om ergens anders te eten. Ontbijt is 25 euro en cola is 6,00 euro! Restaurant is ook erg prijzig maar wel heel lekker. Voor China zijn deze prijzen echt veel te hoog, ondanks dat het een Hilton is. Verder prima hotel. Internet is wifi in de lobby voor 10 euro per dag!'

'Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! '

'Absolutely beautiful hotel. In China 5 star doesn’t always mean 5 star but this resort was absolutely clean, modern, and beautiful. We only stayed here for 1 night on a road trip from Haikou to Sanya and it was one of our favorite resorts.'

'The service was excellent and the team were incredibly helpful and always followed up. Gardens and landscaping amazing and heated pool area a real bonus. Beach area needed to be cleaned as plastic bottles, garbage and construction waste dotted along the front of the hotel beach area. '

'Hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment. The addition of a heat pool would allow for winter swimming like at other hotels in Sanya. Restaurants were limited in selection and tired. Location seemed away from the any other decent off-site dining so overall not a great location if you are looking for a winter retreat. '

'Prachtige ligging aan tropisch zandstrand; rustige omgeving met veel ruimte en uitzicht op prachtige baai. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Faciliteiten en restaurant zijn aan dure kant. op 20 min van luchthaven met schitterende shuttle dienst. Op 40 min van centrum Sanya.'

'Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!'

'Beautiful property, use of water- pools, fountains, overflows- particularly well presented and contributes to an atmosphere of calm. Numerous small sculptures representing all the birds on the island are a particular delight, too. Lagoon pool is gorgeous- shaded, winding and calm in areas even when children and families are playing in other areas. The spa is particularly tranquil and the services are designed to promote calm and wellness. What makes this hotel different from the other 5 star...

'I stayed in Mangrove hotel together with my wife for a short holiday. When checking in, we were told that we booked a twin room instead of a double room, but our reservation clearly showed Queen bed. Front Desk Receptionists Freya, William and Jessi immediately somved it and upgraded us a a family suite with 2 floors. We really enjoyed our stay in Mangrove and recommend this hotel for people traveling to Sanya.'

'Very disappointing that mostly all amenities and pool were closed due to maintenance. The reason we chose this place was due to it’s amenities since you can’t swim in the ocean yet we couldn’t even use the main pools'

'到着した日に電気のブレーカーが一部落ちていて、湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーが使えませんでした。すぐに確認して直してくれ対応は良かったです。 施設内はプールやショッピングモール、子どもの遊び場、レストランと充実しているので外に出る必要がありません。いいホテルです。 ただ、リゾートホテルなだけあり、料金は全て高いです。中国は物価が安いのに、ある意味日本以上の高さを感じるものもありました。'
