Chalets in Centrale Vallei

'Hi! Overall, it was a wonderful location and as described. Very cute and homey, the large projection tv is really a nice feature for the evening. There were sufficient cooking items and we didn't really need a microwave, understood with a small kitchen. Heating was perfect, supplies and towels, etc, clean and provided. A few notes for the hosts: Yes, we could have called, but we didn't want to be disturbed, so that's on us. The queen bed was very uncomfortable unsupportive and made of soft...

'Central location, near dining, shopping- enjoyed the quiet stay with front door parking- responsive kind staff'

'Thank you for the stay; I left everything or i try to order and very clean. The location of the Sunset Chalet in Kings Beach is beautiful—the view of the lake beyond the pine trees is spectacular, and waking up to the sound of woodpeckers was truly lovely. The cabin is very cozy, and the fireplace works perfectly. Even I thought that was wood fireplace still works perfectly and looks cute However, there is a very important issue: the listing stated that we would have the entire house to...

'Awesome house! Super clean and the host was very accommodating. My kids loved the privacy of the game room especially with the full second kitchen. '

'Lots of space in the house. Deck and family room are excellent for toddlers, very safe and spacious. Excellent rooms and beds. Very clean. We had a great stay and highly recommend. We stayed in summer and enjoyed fishing/swimming in the lake and river rafting. But I am sure the location is perfect in the winter as well for skiing.'

'We were a family of 10 coming into town to celebrate our wedding and a milestone birthday, and our experience at Alpenglow Aerie was by far the most epic of our lives! Not only is the property beautiful, in fact, I would say the photos of the house and views of Lake Tahoe don’t even do it justice, but the house was the most well-equipped/stocked property we have ever rented. The house was full of every single thoughtful detail you could possibly imagine to make our stay, luxurious, comfortable,...

'Heerlijke bedden. Goed gevulde keuken, eindelijk een huis met genoeg fatsoenlijke pannen bestek borden en glazen zodat je ook echt wat kunt koken. We hadden wat problemen met het warme water maar daar werd snel op gereageerd.'

'We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, such as the room information and access codes, in advance, so I had to contact the property. It would have been helpful if they had sent us a property map beforehand. We had to visit several buildings to find ours. Fortunately, the phone number was not an automated system, and a staff member answered right away and provided the room information. However, I still never received the email. Other than that, everything was good. The unit was...

'Cozy, fun, and easy drive to town. No pool access but close to White Pines lake. Host was responsive and place was clean and lots of activities to do. Love the wrap around deck facing the big trees.'
