« I don't recall seeing anything that said I'd have to climb 3 flights of antiquated stairs to get to the room I reserved. The toilet paper in the shared bathroom ran out and when I asked for more, the manager was surpised there wasn't anymore in the bathroom. She went to get another roll - and handed me a <1/2 roll of toilet paper! The towel I was given was clean, but thin and much used previously. »

The place is refusing the refund and an apology. »

« My room cancelled the night after my flight for construction. »

It’s nice that the kitchen is brand new but the whole common area smells strange. The property manager played the TV at full volume until 1am on a Thursday night. When I...

« we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...
