'The owner never sent me the check in info and I was stuck in downtown Manhattan with no place to stay. I had to get a hotel room which cost me another 650 !! The owner has yet to even contact me an apologize. I even tried to call the number listed under his contact info and the phone number was disconnected!! Stay away !! Complete nightmare !! '

'First off, let me just say that this listing exceeded our expectations! When you first enter the unit, the cleanliness, the furnishings, and the layout are perfection! But the VIEWS are just breathtaking! We almost didn’t want to leave and enjoy the city because the views from this unit are amazing!In addition, the communication with the renter was great! He made sure our stay was top notch! I will definitely book again!'

'While the apartment was perfect for my daughters we had major issues with communications with the host when they were trying to locate the apartment. The confirmation email we received had the address as 621 Hudson street and pick up of the key on Jane street. Then we received a comm with a different apartment address which was on Jane street. 'Communication was a HUGE issue from the start. No info email, so I messaged the host in the app and even contact VRBO directly. Then they ask to call 30 min before check‑in to plan a meet up. Odd, I asked for concrete details to avoid waiting in the cold, zero response. We're traveling and uncertain so booked a hotel the 1st night. 'Amazing stay! The host was very responsive and kind, and the apartment itself was super cute, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The area was nice and felt safe, with lots of families nearby. I had zero complaints and would definitely stay here again.'
