'Letterlijk geen oog dicht gedaan. Kamer 209 toegewezen gekregen, deze kamer zit naast een AC installatie. Non-stop produceert deze lawaai en hierdoor kun je gewoon niet slapen, geluid komt zelfs door de oordoppen heen. Ons gezin heeft geen oog dichtgedaan. Personeel vond het ook niet kunnen, maar wijst de kamer wel toe. Klacht ingediend en nog niets van gehoord. '

'2 bedroom suite was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and surprisingly each bedroom had a private bathroom instead of the advertised shared bathroom. The mini kitchen was more than enough for us. We originally booked the 2 bedroom suite so all family members would have a common area to congregate in which we did. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been an elevator especially for 3rd floor rooms . We had never heard...
