'Upon arrival, the hotel check-in staff was nice. We went up to our room and immediately were confused as the pictures did not compare to the grungy room we entered. The room had a mustiness to it, the shower curtain was moldy, and entirely felt unclean. The music in the lobby was thumping so hard we could hear it in our room.
