'This property was nothing like it was posted to be. the bed was so uncomfortable. so far away from any amenities. It was all locked up with no staff in the evenings. I would never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone'

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'Patricia was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast great. It is in the outskirts of Cancun and very quiet and bad roads to drive. For us it was a perfect stay close to the airport.'
