'Overall it was a great trip despite a minor setback with the WiFi before our arrival there was a bit of storm so it knocked out the WiFi so we couldn’t make any calls or do anything with out the use of it until the next day around midday but generally it was a wonderful weekend the property had a huge pool and also a hot tub that was a plus we bought our own stuff for grilling since it was a 4th of July weekend so we didn’t need to go dining great location for bird watching if you’re into that...

'The perfect getaway when you want to spend time on the river. The place was cozy with a good amount of room for a small group. Being able to walk right down to the river anytime was great. Our daughter just wanted to play there all day. Less than a 10 minute drive into Calicoon for everything you need and so many restaurants. Hope to come back soon!'

'While attending a family gathering nearby, a few of us who have known each other for many years stayed at this property. It was the perfect way to go... Beautiful quiet location, well featured and convenient to the local area. Exactly what we wanted. Great morning sun... great view. Clean and very comfortable. Communication with property manager was prompt and professional. Kitchen had a few left-over groceries and supplies in the cabinets and frig... not really a problem but not ideal. Key...

'Comfortable country cottage. Roy was very helpful when I messaged him. He always replied promptly. Every amenity imaginable available in the lovely house. Air/heat system was a bit tricky but Roy helped me through it with detailed messages. Overall very nice accommodations.'
