'The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing I was turned off was the smell of weed that was throughout the entire building and the elevator. I don’t believe people in general respect the sign "No Smoking." Unless this applies to only cigarette smoking lol. Regardless, the apartment building was quiet and safe, amidst the area where is located. '

The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. 'The room wasn't set up as shown. Could barely get around the end of the bed because of dresser. The desk chair only leaned back and due to no room to maneuver, you couldn't get it out. No extra trash bags. No extra toilet paper. Dead Fly squished and left on wall. Mold in Shower'

'Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

'My stay was okay; but I would like to note that I fell outside of the building near the ramp leading to the parking lot and I could not get anyone to take an incident report. I had to be transported to the emergency room via EMS. The sink in the bathroom was broken, the toilet seat was broken and too small for the toilet. There were not enough towels and wash cloths for the stay. We ran out of toilet paper and we had problems getting into the building the first day. There were burn marks on the...
