'Camera molto ampia e confortevole. Pulizia impeccabile. Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare la camera ad una temperatura perfetta, con i termosifoni accesi, cosa che abbiamo trovato particolarmente piacevole. La stanza è molto silenziosa nonostante affacci su una via frequentata, soprattutto di sera. Particolare menzione ai letti, davvero molto comodi. La colazione si consuma in camera ed è self-service; è molto ricca, sia dolce che salata. L’unica cosa che aggiungerei riguarda...

'The suites were very nice. We had really loud neighbors and so management moved us to a quieter room. We really appreciated them doing that for us. The location was great - everything is within walking distance and the bus stop is close. We would definitely stay there again. '

'Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Perfekt für gemütliche Abendspaziergänge. Leider schränkt der Zaun die Sicht auf der Terrasse sehr ein und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist teilweise etwas schwach. Sonst kann ich aber nichts bemängeln. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert für die Anfahrt. Gerne wieder! Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!'

'I chose this location because it was close to where I needed to be. This is an apartment converted into a B&B. It’s great inside but the surrounding residential area has little to offer. It works best if you’re driving through and need a place to stay (and park). To its credit once inside it very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The rating badges are prominently on display. The self check-in procedure is at odds with Expedia’s guidance and policies. I wasted too much time in trying to...

'De service was uitstekend. Door een staking moesten we een dag langer in Bologna blijven. De eigenaar hielp ons aan een kamer in een ander appartement, regelde de bagage en regelde een taxi die ons om 4 uur 's nachts naar de luchthaven bracht. Zoiets maakt een al mooie vakantie extra prettig.'

'Struttura pulita e spaziosa, ottima la vicinanza con stazione dei treni e fermata dell'autobus. Da rivedere la carente illuminazione nella zona giorno. Suggerirei alla proprietà di dotare la cucina di un welcome kit soprattutto con l'acqua e volendo beni di prima necessità come sale e olio o qualcosa per la prima colazione (oltre alle capsule di caffè presenti). '
