'Pros: - The location was excellent and very convenient. - The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist. Cons: - The walls were extremely thin\. We could clearly hear guests in the adjacent room talking, showering, and even flushing the toilet. This was especially disruptive when guests returned to their room at 3:30 a\.m\., making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. - The toilet seat was not properly fitted to the toilet, which felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. -...

'De service was uitstekend. Door een staking moesten we een dag langer in Bologna blijven. De eigenaar hielp ons aan een kamer in een ander appartement, regelde de bagage en regelde een taxi die ons om 4 uur 's nachts naar de luchthaven bracht. Zoiets maakt een al mooie vakantie extra prettig.'

' The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...
