'Dit mooie landhuisachtige hotel ligt mooi, rustig en is aan te bevelen als verblijf. Heuvelafwaarts strekt zich een golfbaan uit. Bijoznder is de historische verbinding met het bedrijf IBM, ooit eigenaar va dit complex.'

'Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.'

'This hotel was disgusting. We walked in and walked out . Dirty, shabby and some cockroaches. One towel that was thuin and looked like a floor mat. no toilet paper on the roll . Stay away .This hotel shoudnt even be on the Expedia list of hotels .'

'Convenient for Binghamton events'

'Very disappointed. No picture of the front of the house was very misleading. Parking spot was not as described. I do not recommend this house.'

'The property was great. The owners are very friendly and nice people. They are genuine! The house is very clean and organized. It has everything. I would love to rent again even for myself if I can! They have everything in the house and it’s like my own house. I’m thankful for the owners providing such a nice and clean house.'

'The residence was really not very clean, dirty dishes were in the oven and in the microwave.It was very dangerous going up and down the outer steps as there was no railing it was raining and snowing so it was rather slippery. I think that’s a big liability. '
