'This was a very cute bed and breakfast. The house was lovely and so were the rooms. There was a fireplace in the room, which was a nice touch.The staff was helpful and very sweet. Complementary cookies, wine, tea, and coffee.
In the morning when we went down for breakfast, there was a note saying that the water was off for some reason and so they gave us a gift certificate to a nearby breakfast place that was wonderful. Great customer service. Would recommend this place to everyone.'

'The absolute best bed & breakfast in San Francisco! Cleanest rooms, friendliest and most attentive staff, great location, most delicious breakfasts and snacks/baked goodies throughout the day. Our son graduated from USF this past Saturday and we’ve consistently stayed here. On our next trip to S.F., just to visit and explore more we’ll stay there again!'

'What a treasure we found! Everything was fabulous especially the staff and the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and we were even able to pay for parking on-site. I highly recommend this little gem.'

'I had no idea that you had to wait until after 3pm to get a code to be able to get into the front door and your room since there was no person at all inside. I called the phone # on the outside board and that person found the code for me since I did not get any info from expedia until much later. There was not a refrigerator to use.'
