'The service is the best and the pool is a very personal and shaded area with enough sun to do you justice, without causing skin cancer. The vegetation, trees and shade make you think of paradise. The breakfast is included and is not some simple cheese. Coffee , Juice, Yogurt and a very ample fruit bowl. 'Location is close to the airport en center. You can walk to the airport during the day, 5min walk. However after dark the area is not safe and many homeless and shady people occupy the streets. There are many restaurants in the area. Service was not as aspected, some examples, roomservice entered our room after a small knock at 22.15 No excuse made. We had dinner in the hotel, dont expect much of it, no menu available in English of Spanish. No eye contact with us. Had to ask for everything....

'The location was perfect for the carnaval Less was; Breakfast could be still 11 instead of 10. More people at the counter who speaks engish. Such a big concern as Windsor. Give your personel at the counter free Engish lessons.'

'The hotel is very nice and lovely views and our room was incredible. The only downside is that the bar and restaurant were closed which we were not aware of beforehand so had to travel out of the area for food and drinks. '

'The fire alarm went off for about 1-2 hours. I didn't even get to sleep. I stayed for less than one day for the purpose of resting. So if you want to rest, don't come here.'
