'The Cozy House looks just as it does in the pictures. I love the location in the hills of Santa Teresa. I searched long and hard for a location outside of the tourist area, but close enough to enjoy the sights and a room with a view of more than the building next door. Cozy House checked all of the boxes. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was pretty clean. I did notice a few overlooked areas, but nothing alarming or that made me feel uncomfortable. '

'Zeer mooie ervaring, luxe hotel! '

'The location was perfect for the carnaval Less was; Breakfast could be still 11 instead of 10. More people at the counter who speaks engish. Such a big concern as Windsor. Give your personel at the counter free Engish lessons.'

'The staff was nice a hotel was clean. Might be an unsafe neighborhood for non locals as I did get my phone snatched late at night and the locals told me it happens often in this area'

'Everyting okee'

'Location is optimal in case you want to explore the historic center and Lapa. Very close to the subway station and tram / bus services. The are, unfortunately, is a bit sketchy. Staff is super helpful and I wish they had different policy for the use of towels in the swimming pool area. Quiet rooms, wonderful shower and delicious breakfast cakes and other Brazilian snacks.'

'Not too far from GIG airport. With AquaRio just around the corner for a nice visit with a child or infant. Around the hotel are also the samba schools location, specially around carnaval worth a look.'
