'Spacious rooms. All bedrooms upstairs with good bathroom. 3rd toilet downstairs but no hand towel or handwashing just laundry tub. Room has no tea towel or anything to hold hot dishes, no dishwasher and no kitchen appliances apart from kettle and microwave ie mixing bowls, beaters etc. driving in& out car scraped on driveway so ended parking on crowded street.'

'We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this holiday home! The house is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The water views are breathtaking, whether you’re enjoying the scenery from the living room, kitchen/dining, bedrooms or the balcony, it's truly a peaceful and picturesque setting. There’s so much to do, we loved kayaking on the water, swimming in the large pool, and trying our luck at fishing off the jetty, we even hired a boat for the day and...

'Lionel Gem was beautiful place to stay, very clean and tidy house. Perfect location as well being a 5 minute walk into town, and about a 10 minute walk to the sands of Wreck Beach, where I used to frequent as a little kid on family holidays 20+ years ago. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would love to book again for my next holiday.'

'The location to the off leash dog beach was fantastic and short drive to other locations, such as Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, the Lighthouse and more. The property was great for 4 people with plenty of room. '

'Great location to hold my husbands 70th birthday with our family and plenty of room for us all to relax and enjoy the very comfortable large home. Property could use some maintenance and repairs. Cleanliness was not to my liking and needs a really good deep clean. Overall didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.'
