'Our room was spacious, and generally quite clean. Nice to have a fan available for the bedroom as there wasn’t an air conditioner (or tv) in there. Bathroom/shower recess was a little moldy/dirty. Fridge frosted up and not closing properly. Staff were very helpful. Great location, some of the surrounds lacking maintenance/cleaning. Gardens old and unkept. Stairwells/passageways needing cleaning/maintenance. Gave off a tired feel. '

'Comfortable room with a fantastic view of the beach. Parking underneath is good and we enjoyed eating at the restaurant both nights we were there. We had breakfast at the beach kiosk across the road and watched the surfers while we had our coffee, bliss! We will be back. '
