'The Blackbird hotel was perfect in any way! The staff were so friendly, from the checking in, to breakfast and checking out. Our room was truly beautiful and such a pleasure to stay in. 'Counting House is an average hotel as far as service is concerned . We were there for four days but our room was not cleaned once. The elevator was regularly out of service. The room was spacious and nice. The receptionists were very helpful'

The night-manager was super friendly and sympathetic, offered earplugs (already had those and didn’t work) and chatted with me for a while.
