"Will definitely stay here again"

"We loved the location of this hotel, it was walking distance to theaters and many top restaurants. The staff were always helpful and friendly. However, it needs some serious maintenance work. The shower never drained right, the second day we had to turn off the water three times in the middle of showering to let the water drain so it wouldn’t run onto the floor. After they tried to fix it we only had to turn it off once during each shower. We had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom on three mornings. The first time it happened it was clear from stains on the ceiling that it was a recurring problem. So not sure we would recommend this hotel for those reasons."

"Very tired hotel - room by lift doors which grated every time they opened. Bed felt like it was moving with the tube going past. Then at 6.15 all the housekeeping trolley started to bash around. That’s not to mention all the black mould in the shower which also leaked from the hose pipe everywhere "

"Hi, The breakfast was excellent and had varieties of options. The room we had was very small and when there are two people in the room plus luggage it is very hard the situation. The room was very clean."

"Check-in and check-out was self service and very easy. There was a staff member to assist if needed. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink is a nice touch, but it's a very, very sweet fruit punch that we didn't like, due to it being so sweet. We had a loft room that is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom/shower was great with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The smart TV has several channels and you can login to Netflix with your own account if you want. There's a SMEG coffee machine and coffee capsules, which were lovely to have in the morning. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. The biggest issue however is that the single day bed is so, so hard to sleep on that I may as well have slept on the floor. My friend said the double bed was comfortable. As a suggestion, the day bed would be perfect if a memory foam topper or similar is placed on the day bed when it's being made up. Overall, The Moxy is located well, it was a good price. I would recommend here and would stay again."
