'Nette accomodatie met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We kwamen ruim voor de inchecktijd om de bagage achter te laten, maar konden gelijk de kamer in. De kamer bleek ruimer (upgrade) dan verwacht.'

'I've had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities I needed: airconditioning, a nice warm shower, hairdryer, tv and most of all: a comfortable bed. Check-in was a piece of cake and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fine and the coffee delicious. Long story short: I would absolutely recommend this place!'

'We had an amazing stay at The Gate, they even gave us a free upgrade! However, the staff (besides the manager) is very distant. When you’re in the lobby they have the most fun amongst themselves but they ignore the guest. We used The Gate for our 1 week holiday in the city and from that you’re pretty close to anything. 'Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process with the host was quick and easy, and everything was exactly as described. The property is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the Tube, making it very convenient to get around London. 'It was a beautiful building in a nice area. Hyde park at the other side of the road. Underground at a 5 minute walk and busstop just around the corner. Nice pub along the road. Good place to stay. Hotel is outdated. But we don't mind.'
