The first is the bed for the third person. We booked a studio for three people. The extra bed for the third person was very poor. The mattress was incredibly thin. I did request and receive an extra mattress, but it was a thin mat that barely made any difference. There were no other options. I'm currently experiencing back pain due to the poor quality of the bed. See also the attachments about the very thin mattress and the bed.
The second complaint concerns the collection of wet towels. I asked three times on days 2 and 3 for wet towels to be collected. They had gotten wet because the shower wasn't draining properly. They were promised collection each time, but this never happened. I did, however, receive new towels.
