'Super clean rooms'

'This was by far the absolute WORST motel my children and I have ever stayed at in my life. The rooms were completely filthy, management did not care nor offer any kind of compensation for it. We stayed for two nights and had to go to the office four times during our stay. The knob in the shower was broken, there was someone’s hair in the bathtub and on the toilet/sink. The pipe to the SINK WAS LEAKING ON THE FLOOR. No one bothered to come fix it. The towels had permanent brown/burgundy stains....

'Clean room but small rooms'

'Rating was too high. Did not have hot water the entire two day stay. Very noisy both inside and outside. Beds were terrible. Coffee only served very early in morning. Then removed. Staff were friendly.'

'This stay was horrible. Although it was a quiet place to lay my head down at night, the smell in my room of cigarettes/marijuana outweighed the peace and quiet. Everything I brought into that room reeked of this smell and was difficult to rid of. I checked out one day early, and was very thankful for the staff who approved my cancellation and awarded me a refund for my last night.'

'Not enough towels in room, my wife found hairs on the towels we did have and we hadn't even use them, the entire property was sloppy looking. People hanging out around their room.'
