'Family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Our butlers and staff in general were amazing! Although seaweed was a big problem it’s not the resorts fault…Mother Nature can be a ****. The beach is beautiful nonetheless! '

'The hoteal staff were attentive and carong from beginning to end. Very accommodating! The app for reservations is a bit misleading but the concierge at each lobby are very helpful. The servers at the restaurants provided beyond great customer service. We were surprised everyday with a treat from the person that takes care of the rooms. Sad to leave, but will be back.the food is fenomenal at the resyaurants and at the buffets! Entertainment needs a bit of work, But the beach parties are great...'
