The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. 'Prachtig, luxueus hotel. We hadden een residentie met 4 kamers, dakterras met grote vuurkorf, eigen zwembadje. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. 'Prachtige locatie, mooie huisjes met eigen tuintje, douchen in de buitenlucht, goede bedden, wakker worden door het gezang van vogels, strand met wit zand en lekkere strandbedden, vriendelijk personeel, goede ontbijt-, lunch- en dinermogelijkheid op het strand, goede adviezen over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in Tulum. Het hotel ligt in een natuurpark. Het is niet toegestaan om water in plastic flessen mee naar binnen te nemen. '
