'It is convenient to the airport, with a ride to and from the airport provided. The room was air conditioned, and a great traditional Tahitian continental breakfast for a small fee. If you need assistance with stairs, that could be challenging. We didn’t use it but we saw a jacuzzi and washer/dryer. Would stay here again. I believe the owner lives in one area and the rooms are on one side of the property.'

'Great little spot where you have privacy and share common areas like kitchen, bathrooms, showers. The host was helpful and friendly. The pool was great. Peaceful place. We stayed one afternoon-evening before catching our red eye flight back to Hawaii. It was a nice spot to take a nap, enjoy the pool, and freshen up. Would like to go back and check out the tree house! Maybe next time :)'

'Poor grounds around the bungalows. All walking paths were dirt. There were no amenities and the breakfast was sparse and not included. Staff was helpful though.'

'Overall, this was a very nice place to say. The only two complaints that I have were that the breakfast was too expensive approximately $45 per person and that the TV only had French channels and we don’t speak French. It would be nice if the resort had TV channels that were in English.'

'The Teahupo’o surf break is basically directly out front (off-shore at the reef, of course) but water taxis are right at the shore by the front gate of pension so the location could not be better from that POV. It’s a short walk (5 minutes) on a nice beach path from the Teahupo’o photo wave spot and Olympic rings, or you can drive to the pension and park but only if you’ve got a vehicle capable of river-crossing - so that adds to the charm of the place as well.
