The best aspect being the outstanding staff, so friendly and helpful even if not entirely knowledgeable in minor matters (where to find traditional food -the market!; where to find sunscreen - free at the pool!). The property is very nice, with lots of different facilities and beautiful grounds. We chose an ocean view room and the view from the balcony was spectacular! Elevators arrive in 5 seconds. There were a few nights of live music for entertainment, but I wish they had Tahitian dancers, had to go elsewhere for it. There were some things that affected our comfort. Frosted glass panel between bathroom & bedroom shed too much light in the middle of the night when your partner uses the bathroom it lights up the room! Pool umbrellas are too small, only one to two lounges, and vented letting in brutal sun all day, making it necessary to move your lounge or umbrella around frequently. Was told by one staffer not to move umbrellas, ignored her after she left, canNOT just sit in the sun! Dead fly in the bathroom upon checking in, didn't pick it up partly not to touch it and partly to see what would happen, it was still there the next day and the day after. No washcloths two days. No TP one day - had to go ask for a roll. Set in an industrial area, though we only ventured out by taxi. However, there is a shopping center just over the pedestrian walkway. WiFi is only for "Honors" members, which is ridiculous. Every hotel and motel offers WiFi these days, what's wrong with HIlton?
