'My son and I stayed in Room 246 on 3/13. It was an awful experience due to unbearable noise and shocking customer service. At 4 AM, a massive humming noise from an outside AC unit jolted me awake, making it impossible to sleep. At 6 AM, I went to the lobby with an audio recording of the noise.
