'Love love their spa menu options. Lovely and relaxing. Restaurant is top notch. Bartenders need to be trained not to ask aloud for guests’ room numbers when opening or closing tabs as it is a safety issue not only for women but also for men. Pen and paper will suffice. '

'We wanted to spend a nice evening in Dallas and we decided on the Omni. The lobby is gorgeous and check-in was a breeze with a very helpful staff who asked us for our floor preference without upselling us. Our two queen room was spacious with some very cool amenities. We loved the TV in the bathroom mirror and having Chromecast available on the main TV was super convenient. Our fridge didn't seem to work at all though, which was a huge bummer, but ice was available down the hall. Pool was neat...

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

"We stayed here for two nights, it was oké. Could be better could be worse. Close to the airport but you hardly notice that. Our ac was a bit noisy, bathroom was excellent, breakfast was crowded but oké. "
