« The Utopia River Retreat was just what we needed after 3 nights camping out in Big Bend. The cabin we stayed in (Kickapoo) was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed (cooking utensils, bath towels, linens). « Communication was great we had concerns about the river flooding. Our host was quick to communicate and advise us everything was safe to travel. Upon arrival the cabin first smelt so clean, second appeared clean as well. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Bed was super comfy and the AC couldn’t have been more perfect. « Cozy is the perfect name! This cabin is just right for two. The bed is super comfy! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing corn hole, and making s’mores around the propane fire pit. The property is less than 20 minutes from Garner, so you’re close enough to all the hiking, swimming, and fun without having your neighbors fifteen feet away. It was lovely to come back to a quiet, private space after a full day at the park! »

« Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. « No this wasn't a great experience, we had to find the office and locate our keys in the cabin, which was fine. Next we get to our cabin, only one bed, there were two of us both men, the picture showed a loft with a bed above another, we tried to order pizza but they were already closed. Also thought it was odd that there was no TV in the room I understand this is glamping but I still expected more than a small mini fridge and a single queen size bed, one end table and some coat hangers »

"Un petit motel avec des cabanes indépendantes. Très sympa avec une deco cheval/cowboy. Accueil super sympathique. Chambre bien équipée avec cafetière/micro ondes et frigo. Propre meme si ancienne et grande. Excellent rapport qualité/prix"

"Petit couac à notre arrivée, la réception était fermée et on a tourné un moment avant de trouver quelqu'un du personnel (très gentil) qui nous a aidé à avoir les clés. On avait d'ailleurs eu du mal a trouver la réception, c'est tres mal indiqué. On a apprecié le calme de l'endroit... on etait quasiment seuls. La cabane est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Il faudrait vraiment ajouté une lumière dehors afin qu'on ne mange pas dans le noir. Les sanitaires étaient plutôt propres mais il manquait du papier toilettes et du savon au lavabo. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine. Restaurant fermé... dommage car nous navons pas pu aller jouer aux jeux. Pas mal pour une nuit loin de tout mais quelques points sont à corriger. "
