Aparthotels in Southern Maryland

'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '

'The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

'I rarely leave negative reviews, but this apartment was disappointing on a number of levels. The lobby smells very musty, the master bed was rickety, and terrible to sleep on (not luxury at all) - it creaked a lot and had terrible ‘roll together’. Seemed very old. The twin beds were better according to the kids. We booked two nights but there was only one dishwasher powder sachet, meaning we’d either have to buy a whole packet for one night or wash dishes by hand - which isn’t a major, but there...

'My room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, and the location is very convenient. I was in town for a business trip and appreciated the kitchen, which had a roomy mini-fridge, stove, pots, dishes, coffee machine and hot water kettle. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to add a small side table as there was no place in the room to sit down and eat a meal.'
