'Toilet leaked on floor. Told management. They said it was our fault. Said it was the shower. Explained we mopped constantly. They said others complained but it was the showers. They offered no breakfast but there was a nice restaurant next door. '

'Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient. The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking. Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon.
