'The services were ok. I had scheduled a chef experience 3 weeks before my arrival; they dropped the ball on it and didn't make up for it. When they have a private event, they will shut off services for the other guests. I saw a roach crawling at the bar and in my room. When I went to talk to the manager on duty, they said she was busy, and she called me. I never received that call. They do not have a shuttle to get you from the airport. They do not honor their guest like they say they do.'

'The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder.
