« Overall the place was good. The house was super cute and a unique layout. However plenty of steps and stairs. The parking was frustrating, especially the first night when we were trying to unload, we were able to park in the alley behind and unload but then had to park quite a bit away and walk back. The neighborhood is not well kept and we had to watch where we stepped because of dog messes, however behind the gate for the house was better maintained. I would've liked to see a few less cobwebs...

« Great location for walking around the stars and other Hollywood sights. Comfortable beds. Good communication with owner. The apartment building itself is a little sketchy and there was garbage and broken furniture everywhere on the curb right outside the front gate, not the owners fault, just not pleasant. Quieter than expected. We were in and out in one night but it seemed really well appointed for a longer stay. »

« I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated »

« This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very bright and sunny with three balconies, all with amazing views of Laurel Canyon. We loved having coffee on the balcony off the living room, and the back garden is very peaceful with very nice and comfortable furniture. »

« Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked. »

« Beautiful residence nestled atop the Hollywood Hills. Quiet neighborhood with free parking, but near enough to so much. The accommodations felt like a home, not a rental. Vintage furniture, not cheap IKEA knock offs. Really enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the private deck with a view of the Hollywood sign. Communication was easy and personable. I wish I had more days to stay in this home, and I’ll certainly look to stay again anytime I plan to visit Los Angeles.Ideal stay for families or a...

Tout était parfait : - le quartier : très calme - la maison : parfaite (équipement, literie, décoration, jardin…) - la possibilité de stationner gratuitement des véhicules et de façon simple - la mise à dispo gratuite des vélos La seule chose que nous n’avons pas utilisé c’est les baignoires du fait de la météo (trop frais fin octobre) En synthèse, allez y les yeux fermés.
