« We like to stay directly on the beach and while this cottage is not right on the water, it is a very short walk down a path, so just as good as right on the water! The home is clean, well stocked, and everything we needed. Host was a great communicator. We didn't need a thing while we were there, but I'm sure we would have been well taken care of if we had. We stated in mid September, so the area was pretty quiet. A short drive to St. Pete or Clearwater, even into Tampa. It's away from the busy...

« First time to Dunedin,, fun town with lots to do for family or just a quiet get away, BEAUTIFUL Sunsets!! The unit is as shown online, clean, NO PETS (yeah), NO KIDS etc.. BTW I love animals, just don't think they belong on vacation in a VRBO or Hotel for that matter!! Could you please spray the patio chairs, a little Rustoleum goes a long way. Get rid of the cheap plastic outdoor chairs, they melt in the Florida heat. Give it 5 stars for being CLOSE to everything and CELAN!! »

« This cottage is JUST like the photos! You literally step out the front door, off the ground level porch and you’re in the sand. The private beach area in front of the complex was wonderful as were the provided beach chairs to take down to the water. We had everything we needed. Booking process was smooth and the owner was very quick to respond from booking thru checkout. Highly recommend! »

« There was a lot of room in this property, and the owner thought of everything that you might need while on vacation, right down to curling iron. This is an older place, very clean. However, it’s about time to repaint the trim inside. The kitchen had everything you would need except food, of course. They did include a little bit of spices, olive oil, and some other things. »

« Quaint little bungalow footsteps from the beach! Location was perfect! It’s not fancy, and like others have stated, it could use a “refresh” on some of the furniture / paint, however, it was clean and all functional. If you like a low key location with a very quiet beach, you are laid back, and don’t need fancy furnishings/decor , then this place is perfect! Would absolutely stay here again. »
