Flats in Perico Island

'A perfect place that had spectacular access to the beach, a quiet setting for a wonderful stay. Room was excellent and had all we needed while we were there. We definitely looking forward to staying again next year. Kudos '

'The pool was disgusting, dirt and debris on the bottom and top so that was disappointing, while watching TV and sleeping a person actually opened up our porch door then the main door and just walked in and said they had booked the same room and had keys, what kind of place does not keep track of that and I'm not sure what the person was thinking the TV was on and it was up a little so I know they heard it from the outside but to get back to that place for allowing that to happen. 'The bed is awful including the one blanket with holes in it. Mattress is real bad.Bathroom door is broken, no toilet psper holder when we arrived. screen on glass sliding door did not slide.not an overall grest time for a high price'

'Space was very clean. Would appreciate more explicit info on parking, and maybe a house manual, in the unit. It would be nice to have a Brita pitcher or some option for filtered water. Location very good for beach access. It's all spelled out clearly in the agreement, so I wasn't expecting toiletries to be provided, but it seems pretty chintzy to pay 500 a night and not have those supplies provided. I'll spend that money in a hotel next time, because I don't think this unit is worth that...
