Gorgeous ocean and sunset views from the balcony, affordable, clean grounds/pool area. Good location, about 20 minute walk to bridge St and similar to publix grocery store.The unit itself was clean and had most of what you require for your stay (cups/plates, utensils). The quantity and cleanliness of towels and linens was excellent.The floor could've used a vacuum as there was sand everywhere upon arrival, like it wasn't vacuumed. Everything in the unit worked except the tv remote was spotty and the beach loungers should be thrown out as they were broken/collapse in on you (mentioned in another review). It could use a new paint job everywhere and new lighting/plumbing fixtures, a deadbolt on the door would go a long way for feeling more safe, although we didn't have any issues it wasn't ideal from that perspective, especially with the deteriorating interior hotel like swing lock and a regular key handle. There is no oven or dishwasher which was fine for us but may not be for others. There are no parking passes and with the limited number of spots and random people parking to go to the beach it would've been better to have a pass with more patrolling/control.
