« Cutest little studio. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Quiet little place. Elevator had some issues but it was a short 2 flights, not bad at all. I will definitely keep this on my list for 2 people next time! »

« The air conditioning exhaust was detached from the wall. Duct tape kept coming loose allowing hot air to enter the room. The ceiling fan and couch arms were dirty but other than that we were satisfied. We enjoyed our stay. 😁 »

« Great location, clean, and nicely decorated. Directly across from Bradenton Beach. Bed were comfortable. No sheets or blanket available for pull out couch. Only 4 beach towel but, unit accommodates 6 people. Otherwise amazing stay. »

« This condo is on the second level of the building with a good view of the ocean. Inside parking for one vehicle was really nice. The unit made access to the pool and beach so easy. It was a smaller unit but was perfect for two of us. It had everything we needed although the beach chair was rusty, I just covered it with a blanket. We had a brief issue with electricity and Don responded within a half hour and got it fixed. Overall a great experience. »

« The condo was perfect for 3 adult ladies with one bathroom. Just note, there are stairs to climb to get to all 16 units on this property. The location was excellent. Close to stores, restaurants, ice cream and the beach. You can stay here without a car. Shuttle to and from the airport and then call for a free golf cart ride to anywhere on the island (tips are encouraged). The Monkey Bus runs late and is a $5.00 ride. « My wife, daughter, and I had a great three day stay at the condo. It is in a great location on the island, which is literally right across from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. I had several clarifying questions for the listing agent prior to booking, and they answered those quickly. The condo unit is well maintained, clean, and decorated. »

« The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places.
