Hello,
I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
During our stay, we encountered several issues with the room. Both beds rocked back and forth whenever we sat or turned over, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The air conditioning unit also cycled on loudly every fifteen minutes throughout the night, causing repeated disturbances. In addition, there was no screen on the window, which prevented us from opening it for ventilation, and the deadbolt on the door did not lock properly, which was concerning from a safety standpoint.
We also received poor directions to our room upon check-in, which made it difficult to locate and added unnecessary frustration at the start of our stay.
I’m bringing these matters to your attention because they significantly impacted our experience, and I hope they can be addressed for future guests. I would also appreciate it if you could let me know whether any form of adjustment or compensation is possible given the circumstances.
