'This is a budget hotel so one has to set his expectations accordingly. I arrived to check in and the receptionist was away apparently helping another guest. No one else was around until she returned about 10 minutes later.The room was serviceable, nothing out of the ordinary. The air conditioning worked, thank God as did the TV offering basic fare. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The bath? Something that seems lost in the past. You flip on the light and you get a large humming noise...

'Location is the only reason they should be able to charge the higher rate. I did not feel safe with people lurking around outside, but was hopeful they would use cameras in lobby, should anything happen. Appreciated the coffee machine but it was possessed and almost put water all over when 1st plugged in. Beds were comfy, very hot water and great pressure but this place could def get some renovations to be $100/nt I was overcharged vs the $65 it should be in the range of.'
