Vind je ideale hotel in Southside

'All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.'

'I wouldn’t eat this breakfast - it’s all processed. Disappointing. A free breakfast should have a variety…this is not a healthy breakfast. Nothing fresh or good. I like the room and area and that a maid brought me new sheets and pillowcases etc but she just handed them to me. She should have come into the room and made the bed herself since that’s her job.'

'room was clean, staff was helpful. However, loud music at 3 am in the morning is annoying especially to players who has to wake up at 6 am in the morning for their tournament. Breakfast included limited options but good except that the glasses or plates are low quality plastic.'

'Despite renovations rooms were dated and not very clean. Air conditioning did not work well, could not get below 74 despite being set at 60. Trickling water pressure. Told front desk staff but could not be fixed.'

'Gym being renovated was not told this until check-in.. Tub and sink in room backed up had to get a plunger and unclog the sink and bathtub.. Poor ventilation after taking shower room hot and sweaty AC half worked.. Check in was good. Only one working elevator that took for ever to close or be called.'

'Loud outside. Overcharged at checkout with lie of card declined even though I had already paid…dealing with that now. Another guest tried coming into our room twice at night. Never staying here again. All around bad experience.'

'The hotel was a dump, it smelled, and it was dirty. The shower was filthy. A used wash cloth was in the shower. The bathroom floor was warped and peeling away from the tub.'

'De eerste kamer was niet schoongemaakt. Bed was wel opgemaakt maar er waren vlekken in de lakens. Er lagen haren in het bed alsmede lag er nog ondergoed in het bed. De vloer was vettig. Na de klacht kregen we een andere kamer. Ik twijfel eraan of de lakens van dat verschoon waren.Vloer was wederom vettig.'

'Prima hotel voor onderweg. Ligt direct naast de afrit en oprit. Geen last gehad van lawaai.'

'This property is terribly ran down and porrly kept. The freezer shelf was broken , the toilet tank top was cracked and could cut any guest, bathrrpm caulk has suspect mold growth , shower diverter leaks on the cold side , the showerhead leaks, there is a big hole at the bottom of bathroom door, the chair had several stains and looks like something off of Sanford and Son.The comforter had so many hole in it, it looks like it was used for target practice , facebowl faucet was loose and the...
