'We had a great time at this hotel! I wish the breakfast hours were a little extended, but it was a decent meal. I think more thought goes into the presentation of the food items, than the food itself (could have been better, for sure.. but, it is complimentary!) The staff were very friendly and so were other guests! We had requested a crib in our room before we left for some errands and when we returned, a staff member had put the crib together in our room AND put his little fluffy bear in the...

'Not a great place. Basic amenities in a not so great area outside Richmond. You get what you pay for…bed was clean. Towels were barely towels. Front desk was behind a plastic barrier….not a great sign when you first walk into the lobby. Clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in.'

'I wouldn’t eat this breakfast - it’s all processed. Disappointing. A free breakfast should have a variety…this is not a healthy breakfast. Nothing fresh or good. I like the room and area and that a maid brought me new sheets and pillowcases etc but she just handed them to me. She should have come into the room and made the bed herself since that’s her job.'

'The parking lot and outside areas were well kept. The check in prices was slow due to malfunctioning electronics. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the toilet lid and in the shower as well as what appeared to be a blood clot on the shower curtain. I would not recommend this establishment.'

'De eerste kamer was niet schoongemaakt. Bed was wel opgemaakt maar er waren vlekken in de lakens. Er lagen haren in het bed alsmede lag er nog ondergoed in het bed. De vloer was vettig. Na de klacht kregen we een andere kamer. Ik twijfel eraan of de lakens van dat verschoon waren.Vloer was wederom vettig.'
